Southampton Pediatrics is a community based practice that knows your family and you know us. We take the time to learn about your child and help you navigate through their medical, developmental and behavioral challenges. Whether you come into our office for a well check-up or sick visit, we are always available to support you.

OUR STAFF

• Marcia Klein, M.D., F.A.A.P.

  

  Dr. Klein attended the Seven Year Biomedical Program at the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center. She completed her pediatric residency and trained in behavior and development at the North Shore University Hospital/Cornell Medical Center. She has volunteered extensively in the local school community and has given talks on ADHD.

• Craig Lem, M.D., F.A.A.P.

  

  Dr. Lem attended the University of Notre Dame and La Universidad Complutense in Madrid. He completed his medical education at La Universidad Mundial in the Dominican Republic. He completed his pediatric residency at Hahnemann University Hospital and trained in cystic fibrosis. He serves as a medical provider on international medical missions and is fluent in medical Spanish.

• Jackie Kradzinski

  

  Office manager.
  Jackie has been with our practice for fifteen years and has served as our office manager for over ten years. She is well versed in all billing issues and handles patient questions in a timely fashion.

• Tami Jakubowski, D.N.P., C.R.N.P.

  Tami received her B.S.N. from the University of Delaware, her M.S.N. from the University of Pennsylvania and her D.N.P. from Duquesne University. She has been an associate professor at The College of New Jersey and Gwynedd Mercy University. She has received numerous grants and has published and presented at international conferences on various pediatric issues.
